  • To receive the best pricing and availability, we recommend reserving 6 - 9 months prior to your travel dates.

    Understanding that timeline isn’t always feasible, reach out to us as soon as you know and we’ll be happy to help no matter how close the travel dates are!

  • If you booked directly with the hotel or cruise line (and not through Expedia or with loyalty points), we can check to see if your booking qualifies for complimentary perks. Simply send us the reservation confirmation and we will be happy to check.

  • No, we do not work with AirBNB. We partner with homes and villas that are professionally vetted to meet rigorous quality standards guaranteeing you an exceptional stay.

  • Most of the time, yes. But not always. Many of our international travel partners bundle their services together (accommodations, transfers, tours, etc.), which allows us to provide streamlined itineraries with exclusive, local inclusions. Because of how these packages are put together by the partner, we typically do not receive an itemized breakdown.
