I have lived and breathed hotels and hospitality for over a decade and I can’t imagine my life in any other industry. I’m a graduate of UCF’s Rosen College of Hospitality Management and have worked for iconic hotel brands like The Ritz-Carlton, Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants and Loews Hotels. Boutique, luxury and lifestyle properties are my absolute favorite.

Unsurprisingly, the pandemic redirected my career path to the restaurant technology space, but I immediately knew there was something missing. And that's how Always Elsewhere was born.
